Terms & Conditions

1. Service Commitment

  • Kenny is a 5-star Google-rated mobile mechanic known for compassion, fairness, and reliability.

  • Every service is performed with care and transparency. No gimmicks, no hidden fees — just honest work and professional workmanship.

2. Appointment Deposits

  • A $30 deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • Deposits apply toward the final bill.

  • Deposits are non-refundable for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

  • Rescheduling is always encouraged — deposits can be transferred to a new date.

3. Pricing & Parts

  • All listed prices are starting labor rates only.

  • Parts are priced separately if Kenny acquires/provides them.

  • Customers may provide their own parts (must be new, correct, and safe).

  • Kenny will confirm exact pricing onsite, before work begins.

4. Same-Day Repairs

  • Availability depends on Kenny’s schedule.

  • Kenny is flexible, open-minded, and always willing to work with clients.

5. Diagnostics & Estimates

  • Diagnostic fees apply prior to repair work.

  • Codes and symptoms help identify issues, but complex problems may require additional testing.

  • Customers are encouraged to provide engine codes + symptoms when booking.

6. Payment

  • Payment is due in full upon completion of services.

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash App, Venmo, Debit Card, Tap to Pay, and Cash

  • Unpaid balances may result in refusal of future service.

7. Liability & Warranty

  • Kenny guarantees quality labor and workmanship.

  • Parts warranty (if provided by Kenny) is subject to manufacturer policies.

  • Kenny is not liable for defects caused by customer-supplied parts or unrelated vehicle systems.

8. Safety & Environment

  • Customer must provide a safe, legal, and accessible location for service.

  • Kenny may decline service if the work environment is unsafe.

9. Cancellations & Reschedules

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may result in deposit forfeiture.

  • Rescheduling is always preferred over cancellation.

  • Kenny works hard to accommodate customer needs and values open communication.
